Cakes and all items made with buttercream are best stored in the refrigerator until 1-2 hours prior to slicing. If cake cannot be refrigerated, please keep in a cool room. We do not recommend leaving your cake out of the refrigerator for more than two hours. Buttercream is best at room temperature, so let the cake sit for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving. Once your cake is cut, please place it in an air-tight container and refrigerate.
Non-buttercream desserts are best stored in a closed box in a cool room. For longer shelf life they can be kept refrigerated in an air-tight container.
